About me

I am based in Suffolk and have worked for a variety of organisations and clients. I’m passionate about the difference good, professional counselling can make in our lives. I attend regular training and supervision to continually improve and develop my skills.

I have a multicultural background and can provide sessions in Spanish. I spent my early years living in Latin America before relocating to the UK as a young child.

As a counsellor, I have worked for Suffolk Rape Crisis, The Latin American Women’s Rights Service, Survivors in Transition and West Suffolk College.

Before training as a counsellor, I worked in the City for several years. I have a good understanding of working in a high pressured and competitive environment.
